1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Voicify.ai ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Voicify.ai is a voice dictation application that converts speech to text. The App uses third-party AI providers (Groq, OpenAI, Google) for transcription and formatting. You are required to provide your own API keys from these providers ("Bring Your Own Key" model).

3. API Keys and Third-Party Services

You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid API keys from third-party providers.
• Your use of third-party APIs is subject to their respective terms of service.
• API usage costs are your responsibility and are charged directly by the respective providers.
• We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party API services.

4. Subscription and Payment

Voicify.ai offers a Pro subscription for enhanced features. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App.
• Keep your API keys confidential and secure.
• Not use the App for any illegal or harmful content.

6. Limitation of Liability

Voicify.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, transcription errors, or service interruptions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
