Voicify.ai is built with privacy-first principles. We believe your voice data belongs to you, not us.

What We Store

We store minimal account information only:

  • Email address - for account identification and support
  • Name - for personalization
  • Subscription status - to manage your plan

That's it. We do not store any other personal data.

What We DO NOT Store

We do NOT store, collect, or have access to:

  • Your voice recordings or audio data
  • Your transcribed text
  • Your API keys (these are stored locally on your device)
  • Any content you dictate

Third-Party AI Providers

When you use Voicify.ai, your voice data is sent directly to your chosen AI provider:

Your data handling is governed by the respective provider's privacy policy. We have no control over how they process your data.

Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

Voicify.ai uses the BYOK model, meaning:

  • You provide your own API keys from AI providers
  • Your API keys are stored locally on your device only
  • API requests go directly from your device to the provider
  • We never see, store, or transmit your API keys

Data Security

Your account information is stored securely in Google Firebase with industry-standard encryption. We use secure authentication via Google Sign-In.
